Bruschetta
- 8 slice Italian bread, or bun
- 200 grams parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch basil
- 3 red tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- water bread with olive oil
- peel garlic and rub it on bread.
- chop tomatoes and put on top of bread.
- coarseley grate parmesan cheese and put on top of bread.
- water with more olive oil.
- bake for 10 minutes, or until bread is golden and cheese melted.
- only after removing from the oven, add basil.
- Don`t forget!
