Smoked Salmon Rolls

  1. Mix together all ingredients except smoked salmon and lettuce leaves.
  2. Combine well and set aside.
  3. Spread 1 teaspoon of mixture over each salmon slice.
  4. Starting at one end, roll salmon over filling.
  5. Garnish with lettuce leaf.
