Sauerbraten Meatballs

  1. Combine the cooked meatballs and the remaining ingredients in a large skillet.
  2. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally, then reduce the heat.
  3. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove the bay leaf and serve over mashed potatoes.
