- 180 grams Domestic (Japanese) strong bread flour
- 20 grams Plain cake flour
- 5 grams Matcha
- 20 grams Sugar

- 3 grams Dried yeast
- 20 grams Unsalted butter
- 80 grams Milk
- 44 grams Water
- 100 grams Cream cheese
- 100 grams Kanoko mame Dainagon (adzuki bean confectionery)
- Soften the cream cheese and mix with the Dainagon beans.
- Divide into 8 portions and shape into balls (1 ball = 25 g).
