Stuffed Chicken Breast

  1. preheat oven 350F
  2. combine first 5 ingredients throughly.
  3. add 1/2 thyme and 1/2 parsley and seasoned salt & pepper to taste.
  4. mix
  5. cut slit deep but not completely thru each chicken breast
  6. stuff each breast with cream cheese/spinach mix
  7. in seperate bowl beat both eggs with lemon juice.
  8. in seprate bowl combine bread crumbs with remaining thyme and parsley
  9. carefully coat stuffed breast in flour
  10. carefully coat breast in egg mix
  11. carefully coat breast In bread crumbs
  12. place on cooking sprayed baking sheet - slit side up
  13. bake 25 minutes
