A Much Improved Hot Artichoke Dip

  1. Mix all ingredients well, and place in a flattened dish (a pie plate works well).
  2. Sprinkle top with additional parmesan cheese and a little black pepper.
  3. Place under broiler just until the top browns nicely.
  4. Do not overheat or you will break the dip.
  5. Serve with melba toast or other similar type cracker or bread sticks.
