Slow Cooked Mango BBQ Ribs

  1. In a bowl, add vegetable stock, honey, ketchup, mustard, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk together.
  3. Place baby back ribs into the slow cooker.
  4. Add cubed mango and quartered shallots.
  5. Pour sauce over the ribs and place lid on slow cooker.
  6. Cook 6 hours on low.
  7. There are great flavors in these ribs.
  8. Serve with roasted potatoes and a salad, if desired.
  9. It is a family favorite!
