Pineapple-Pear Mold

  1. In a small saucepan soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of the orange juice.
  2. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Stir in undrained crushed pineapple and the remaining orange Chill until partially set.
  4. Fold in pears and green pepper, if desired.
  5. Turn mixture into a 6-cup mold.
  6. Chill until firm.
  7. Unmold onto a plate.
