Porcupine Balls in Tomato Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients except rice, shape mixture into walnut sized balls.
  2. Roll balls in rice and set aside.
  3. Make soup as per directions on can.
  4. Place balls in soup and bring soup to a gentle boil, cover and continue cooking until rice is tender (approximately 45 minutes).
  5. Serve with crunchy garlic bread.
