Porcupine Balls in Tomato Soup
- 250g minced chicken
- 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 300g can tomato soup King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups short grain rice
- Combine all ingredients except rice, shape mixture into walnut sized balls.
- Roll balls in rice and set aside.
- Make soup as per directions on can.
- Place balls in soup and bring soup to a gentle boil, cover and continue cooking until rice is tender (approximately 45 minutes).
- Serve with crunchy garlic bread.
