Beer Bread Recipe
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 bottle room temp. beer (12 ounce.) (try Guinness Stout for dark, rich bread)
- Mix together and put into greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
- Brush with butter immediately.
- Best cut into thick slices.
- Good toasted!
