Red bean patties
- 1 cup canned red beans (with the water)
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tbsp freshly chopped dill (or parsley, or both)
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 enough frying oil
- Place the beans with their water in a medium bowl and mash them with a spoon.
- You may also use any other types of beans.
- Next, add the rest of the ingredients (except for the oil) and mix together with the spoon.
- Heat the oil and drop the patties by spoonfuls.
- Allow for them to brown on each side and enjoy!
