Bean Curd With A Spicy Sauce Recipe

  1. Whisk together the sauce ingredients & set aside.
  2. In a wok, saute/fry garlic & ginger.
  3. Add in scallions, followed by the tofu.
  4. Cook for a few min.
  5. Pour sauce over the sauteed ingredients.
  6. Mix gently & simmer carefully.
  7. Let the sauce thicken, stirring gently every now & then.
  8. Serve over rice.
