Asparagus Quiche Recipe
- 1 c. Asparagus, cooked, minced
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Cream
- 1 c. Shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 x Green onion, minced
- 1 x (3-ounce) can French-fried onion rings
- 9 x inch Baked pie shell
- Microwave Oven Directions: Beat the Large eggs and blend with lowfat milk, cream, cheeses, asparagus and onion.
- Pour into baked pie shell and top with french-fried onion rings.
- Cook on medium setting 17 min.
- Let stand 5 min before serving.
- Conventional Oven Directions: Mix ingredients as above and pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 375 F for about 45 min, or possibly till knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let stand 5 min before serving.
