Deep Dish Spinach Pie Recipe
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 c. shredded Swiss
- 1 pt. Ricotta
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon each salt and nutmeg
- 3/4 pound Italian sausage
- 12 ounce. to 1 pound minced pastrami
- 2 boxes frzn minced spinach
- Remove skin from sausage.
- Chop and cook.
- Mix all other ingredients except pastrami.
- Pour half into greased square casserole pan.
- Cover with all the minced pastrami.
- Cover with remaining sausage mix.
