Yukhoe-Style Tuna

  1. Mix together the seasoning ingredients.
  2. Cut the tuna into thin, bite-sized pieces, then mix together with the seasoning from Step 1.
  3. Top with green onions and egg yolk.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds.
