Beef Liver In Chile Sauce Recipe

  1. Cook bacon till crisp.
  2. Drain on paper towel.
  3. Coat liver with flour.
  4. Brown on both sides for 1-2 min each till brown.
  5. Add in soup, mushrooms and chili sauce.
  6. Heat covered for 5 min.
  7. Reduce heat halfway and continue to cook till liver is tender.
  8. Top with crumbled bacon and serve over rice.
