Shrimp Oriental Recipe
- 1 pound cooked fresh or possibly frzn shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 box frzn Bird's Eye International recipes Oriental style vegetables with sauce
- 1 box frzn snow pea pods
- 1 (15 ounce.) can Dynasty straw mushrooms
- 1 (15 ounce.) can Reese baby corn on the cob
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 1 c. water
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 5 tbsp. soy sauce
- Bring 1 c. water to boil and dissolve bouillon cubes.
- Set aside.
- Place 1 Tbsp.
- water with frzn Oriental style vegetables in wok or possibly skillet.
- Cook 1 minute, then add in snow pea pods.
- Cook together for 2 additional min, stirring often.
- Add in cooked shrimp, liquid removed baby corn, and chicken broth.
- Continue to simmer for 2 min.
- Add in liquid removed straw mushrooms and continue to simmer.
- In separate c., mix cornstarch and soy sauce.
- Add in to other ingredients and simmer till sauce thickens.
- Serve over warm fried rice.
