Sweet Onion & Tuna Wrap Sandwich
- 2 Tortillas (large)
- 1 can Canned tuna (small)
- 2 thin round slices Sweet onion
- 1 Natural sea salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Salsa sauce
- 1/2 Red bell pepper
- 4 leaves Shiso leaves
- 2 large leaves Lettuce
- Roast both sides of the tortillas over medium heat.
- Finely chop the sweet onion.
- Thinly slice the red bell pepper.
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon of salsa sauce to the bowl.
- Place the lettuce, shiso leaves, and red bell pepper on the tortilla, and dollop the tuna sauce from Step 5.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly.
- Cut the wrap in half using a serrated knife.
- Done!
- If you microwave the sweet onion, the flavor will blend in more.
- The same goes with the red bell pepper too.
