Zesty Meatballs and Rice

  1. Mix meat, coating mix, carrots and cheese.
  2. Shape into 16 balls.
  3. Cook meatballs in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 min.
  4. or until browned.
  5. Add dressing, soy sauce, water and rice.
  6. Bring to boil; simmer 1 min.
  7. Cover.
  8. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  9. or until rice has absorbed liquid.
