Crispy Chocolate Sticks Recipe
- 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease an 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan.
- For cookie layer - heat chocolate and butter together (over warm water or possibly in microwave).
- Cold slightly.
- Beat egg till frothy.
- Stir in chocolate mix and sugar.
- Add in flour and pecans, stirring till blended.
- Turn into pan; bake 20 min.
- Cold.
