Pulled-Chicken Sandwiches

  1. Remove skin and bones from chicken; coarsely shred meat.
  2. In 2-quart saucepan, combine chicken, barbecue sauce, water, and vinegar.
  3. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until hot, stirring frequently.
  4. Spoon chicken mixture onto bottom halves of rolls and top with coleslaw and top of roll.
  5. Serve with carrot and celery sticks.
