Apple-Pecan Bread Pudding

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Toss bread with apples, nuts and raisins; place in 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Beat pudding mixes, 1 tsp.
  4. cinnamon and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  5. Pour over bread mixture; sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
  6. Bake 50 min.
  7. to 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
  8. Let stand 10 min.
  9. before serving.
  10. Top with COOL WHIP.
