Lemon Vinaigrette

• 3 lg. lemons, juice of
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 3 tsp. Greek seasoning

1. Simply whisk all ingredients together until dressing forms a smooth consistency and serve over salad.
