- 10 12 ounces extra-firm silken tofu
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 ounces semisweet vegan chocolate, melted
- Place tofu, chocolate and vanilla in a blender
- blend until smooth.
- Yes it must be silken.
- No it cannot be waterpacked or cotton.
- Yes it must be EXTRA FIRM no it cannot be firm or soft or any other.
- Use the tofu specified only.
