Sesame Noodles

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, until al dente.
  2. Combine soy sauce, tahini, sesame oil, cayenne, garlic, and ginger root in a bowl.
  3. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Drain pasta and run under cold water until noodles are chilled.
  5. Drain well.
  6. Dump noodles into a big bowl with sauce and combine until noodles are evenly coated.
  7. Add veggies and toss to combine.
  8. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
