Best Pepperoni Lassagna
- 1 (16 ounce) box lasagna noodles

- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 lb pepperoni slice (I like to use large size from the deli)
- 2 (8 ounce) packages pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 12 lb provolone cheese (slices)
- Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions.
- Drain, rinse and allow a few minutes to cool.
- While lasagna noodles are cooking, brown ground beef in a frying pan until cooked.
- Drain excess grease.
- Mix together in a bowl cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and 1 8 oz package of shredded mozzarella.
- Place 3 lasagna noodles in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Spread 1/2 of the cheese mix evenly over the noodles.
- Then put 1/2 of the cooked ground beef, followed by 1/2 of the pepperoni slices and 1/2 of the provolone slices.
- Repeat layers starting with the lasagna noodles, then place 3 lasagna noodles on the top.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over lasagna, then top off with 8 oz shredded mozzarella.
- Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
