Halloween-Themed Temari Sushi
- 1 Salmon or smoked salmon
- 200 grams Cooked rice (warm)
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Kombu tea or 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 Roasted sesame seeds
- 1 Chirimen jako
- 1 Toasted nori seaweed
- Combine the ingredients marked , mix with the warm rice, then let it cool.
- *If you like, add the chirimen jako and sesame seeds as well.
- Wrap the salmon around the rice with plastic wrap and firmly squeeze into balls.
- Decorate with cut toasted nori and it's done.
