Asian Coleslaw
- 12 head cabbage
- 3 carrots
- 12 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 14 cup vinegar
- 14 cup soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Chop cabbage into small bite size pieces.
- Grate carrots.
- Chop onion into fine pieces.
- Chop celery into fine pieces.
- Toss into bowl.
- Mix vinegar, soya sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Mix into veggies.
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
- You can also add dry noodles for a bit of crunch, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds (try them toasted for a bit of flavor)!
