Chocolate-Kissed Brazilian Coffee
- 2 cups water
- 1 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
- Cook water and chocolate in saucepan on low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir.
- Cook on medium heat until coffee is dissolved and mixture is heated through, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat with whisk until frothy before pouring into mugs.
