Peach and Cream for One (Or More)

  1. Peel and cut up a ripe fresh peach.
  2. In a small bowl, stir sugar into cream cheese.
  3. NOTE: if not using spreadable cream cheese, thin it with a few drops of milk.
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream just until smooth.
  5. In a parfait or dessert glass, drop 1/4 of the cream mixture, followed by 1/3 of the peach pieces, and so on, ending with a spoonful of cream on top.
