Mo's Clam Chowder Recipe

  1. Saute/fry bacon and ham till bacon is brown.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Add in the onion and saute/fry till limp.
  4. Stir in flour.
  5. Add in the potatoes and clams.
  6. Cook 15 min; add in lowfat milk, salt, pepper, and butter.
  7. Serve warm.
  8. Garnish with paprika and parsley flakes.
  9. Mo's is a favorite small seafood restaurant in the west coast at Newport, Oregon.
  10. Famous for its clam chowder.
