Crispy Salmon Steaks

  1. Combine butter, salt, and paprika.
  2. Wipe steaks with damp cloth.
  3. Dip each into butter mixture; then rolled in combined saltines and potato chips.
  4. Arrange steaks on a lightly greased broiler rack in broiler pan.
  5. Broil, 6 inches from heat, about 5 minute.
  6. Turn; broil 5-8 min, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Serve each steak with wedge of lemon and a parsley sprig.
