Kathy Jo's Fair Champion Apple Pie

  1. Soak tapioca in 2/3 cup cold water for one hour.
  2. {Phil's note: I can almost promise you this is NOT the quick cook kind}.
  3. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Put in an unbaked pie shell 9 inch, I assume if not tell me Phil Top with crumbs.
  5. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes then lower to 350 for 35 minutes.
