Sweet And Sour Meatballs

  1. Combine meat with egg and oats, milk and seasonings.
  2. Mix well and shape into 18 small balls.
  3. Roll balls in 1/3 cup flour. Brown slowly in 2 tablespoons hot shortening, turning frequently. Remove with slotted spoon.
