JELL-O Cheesecake

  1. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter.
  2. Press 1-1/2 cups of the crumb mixture onto bottom and 1 inch up side of each of 2 (9-inch) springform pans (or 1 pan for trial recipe).
  3. Bake in preheated 350F-convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Cool.
  5. Prepare cheesecake mix with milk according to package directions; pour evenly over crusts.
  6. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
