JELL-O Cheesecake
- 2-2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 1-1/4 qt. JELL-O Brand Cheesecake Filling Mix
- 1-1/2 qt. milk
- Mix crumbs, sugar and butter.
- Press 1-1/2 cups of the crumb mixture onto bottom and 1 inch up side of each of 2 (9-inch) springform pans (or 1 pan for trial recipe).
- Bake in preheated 350F-convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool.
- Prepare cheesecake mix with milk according to package directions; pour evenly over crusts.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
