Pepperoni Pizza Chicken Parm
- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (thin Cut Or Pounded To An Even Thickness)
- 12 slices Pepperoni (thin Slices)
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 cups Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In each breast, layer pepperoni and mozzarella and roll up, fasten with a toothpick.
- In three separate bowls add the flour, lightly beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
- Dip the rolls in flour, then egg and finish with the breadcrumbs.
- Shake off the excess each time.
- Place them in a single layer in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray and spoon sauce on top of each chicken roll.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remember to remove all the toothpicks before serving.
