Masquerade
- 1 ounce Pisco
- 12 ounce grangala triple orange liqueur
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 4 drops orange bitters
- 1 green cardamom seed
- 12 teaspoon egg white (optional)
- orange zest
- Place the cardamom seed with the bitters in an empty martini shaker and muddle.
- Fill the martini shaker with ice, add the egg white and shake well.
- Add the remaining ingredients and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled Riesling glass and garnish with orange zest.
