Masquerade

• 1 ounce Pisco
• 12 ounce grangala triple orange liqueur
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 4 drops orange bitters
• 1 green cardamom seed
• 12 teaspoon egg white (optional)
• orange zest

1. Place the cardamom seed with the bitters in an empty martini shaker and muddle.
2. Fill the martini shaker with ice, add the egg white and shake well.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well.
4. Strain into a chilled Riesling glass and garnish with orange zest.
