Cookies & cream Bon bons
- 1 box Any cookies (any flavor)
- 1 box Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Power suger
- 1 as needed Chocolate
- 1 as needed Shorting
- How ever you prefer crunch cookie in to crumbs!
- Leave sum hold pieces (good for texture)
- Cream your room temperature cream for about 2mins
- Add your vanilla and power sugar to cream cheese
- Add cream cheese mixture to cookie crumbles.
- Mix until you get a cookie dough texture.
- Don't over mix will lose its crunchy texture
- Put wax paper on a cookie pan.
- Then place balls
- Chill for 30 minutes
- Roll mixture in to 1in balls.
- Chill for another 30 minutes
- While chilling...melt your chocolate!
- Melt on stove in a double boiler or in microwave melting 30 seconds stir den another 30sec until completely melted.
- Don't matter which you choose white, colored, or normal milk chocolate!
- Add shorting to thin it out the chocolate.
- Take balls out make sure they are round no cracks!
- If crack roll again in Pop into fridge for 5mins.
- After dip ball completely in chocolate using a fork take ball out, tap off extra chocolate.
- The add to wax papered pan
- Chill for about 20 minutes.
- Now is the time decorate if want to.
- Serve as desired !
