Peach Streusel Coffee Cake Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9 inch square baking pan or possibly grease lightly.
  2. For streusel, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  3. Set aside.
  4. For coffee cake, beat first three ingredients till fluffy.
  5. Add in egg whites; mix till smooth.
  6. Combine dry ingredients; mix well.
  7. Add in to sugar mix, half at a time, alternately with lowfat sour cream; mix just till blended.
  8. Spread into prepared pan.
  9. Pat canned peach slices dry with paper towels; arrange over batter.
  10. Sprinkle with streusel.
  11. Bake 50 to 55 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  12. Serve hot.
  13. 16 servings.
