Turkey Pot Pie With Leftovers

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Coat pie pan with cooking spray.
  3. Cut up cooked turkey into cubes.
  4. Slice carrots, chop onions.
  5. In a saute pan, combine turkey, carrots, soy beans, and onion.
  6. Cook until carrots tender.
  7. Place one pie crust in a pie pan.
  8. Pour in the turkey/vegetable filling and place other crust on top.
  9. Pinch around edges and fork four times on the top for venting.
  10. Cook for 55-60 minutes.
