Broiled Tilapia Recipe

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Rinse fish; pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Line a baking tray with foil and coat with extra virgin olive oil spray.
  4. Place fish on tray; spray fish with extra virgin olive oil spray.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Place under broiler about 3 to 4 inches from the heat.
  7. Broil 5 min for a 3/4-inch thick fillet, 6 min for a 1-inch fillet.
  8. Remove; sprinkle green onions on top of fish.
  9. Broil 1 minute.
  10. Squeeze juice from 2 lemon wedges onto fish.
  11. Serve remaining 2 wedges on plate with fish.
  12. Yield: 2 servings.
