Tuna Rice Flan
- 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) cream of mushroom soup
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg (300 g) frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 cup instant white rice
- 1 can (6.5 oz/184 g) water packed tuna, undrained
- 3/4 cup grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- COMBINE soup and eggs; blend until smooth.
- Add broccoli, rice, tuna, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese and the Parmesan grated cheese.
- SPOON into a 10-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
- Cover with waxed paper.
- MICROWAVE on MEDIUM-HIGH power for 5 min.
- Stir well.
- Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese.
- Cover and microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH power for 5 min.
- longer or until a toothpick inserted off-centre comes out clean.
- Let stand 5 min.
