Gratinee of Avocado, Camembert Cheese and Honey Mustard

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Scoop out the insides into a bowl.
  3. Mash up to the consistency you prefer.
  4. Drain the tuna and corn well.
  5. Put all the ingredients except for the cheese in the bowl with the avocado.
  6. Stuff the mixture into the scooped out avocado skins.
  7. Cut each piece of Camembert cheese into 3 pieces.
  8. Put on top of the stuffed avocado skins, and bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes to finish.
  9. This is the brand of cheese I used.
