Pumpkin Cupcakes
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. KOOL-AID Orange Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Drink Mix, divided
- 1 container (16 oz.) ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
- 1 Tbsp. decorating icing
- assorted Halloween candies
- Prepare cake batter as directed on package; blend in 1/4 cup of the dry drink mix.
- Pour evenly into 24 paper-lined medium muffin cups.
- Bake as directed on package for cupcakes.
- Cool completely.
- Mix frosting and 1 Tbsp.
- of the remaining dry drink mix; spread onto cupcakes.
- Decorate as desired to resemble pumpkins or jack-o'-lanterns, using remaining 1 Tbsp.
