Chili stew
- 6 oz Ground or cubed meat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 each Serrano peppers diced
- 3 each sweet peppers chopped
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can beans (I used black beans)
- 1 can tomatoes diced
- 2 oz tomato paste
- While browning meat add teaspoon of cayenne
- Add onions and Serrano peppers so they are soft
- Add sweet peppers, mushrooms and beans
- Put in the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce
- Simmer for 15 minutes to blend flavors
