Hanky Pankies

  1. Brown ground beef and Italian sausage in hot skillet; do not drain the fat.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except bread.
  3. Cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring frequently.
  4. Spoon onto bread slices.
  5. Place on cookie sheet; freeze.
  6. Place in zipper style plastic bags; keep frozen until ready to bake.
  7. Preheat oven to 350F .
  8. Place frozen hanky pankies on ungreased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
  10. These are always a hit for a large crowd and nice to keep on hand.
  11. Makes 44 appetizers.
