Easy As Pie Ice Cream Pie Recipe

• 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

1. Blend ice cream and lowfat milk lightly in bowl.
2. Add in pudding.
3. Beat till just mixed, approximately 1 minute.
4. Pour at once into a 9-inch baked pie shell.
5. Let stand in refrigerator about 1 hour.
6. Keeps up to 24 hrs in the refrigerator.
7. For variation, use strawberry instant pudding with strawberry ice cream, lemon instant pudding with pineapple ice cream or possibly vanilla instant pudding with pistachio ice cream.
