Ruthey's Sloppy Joes

  1. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in olive oil in a deep frying pan or wok.
  2. While meat is browning, mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  3. When meat is browned and onions are tender, add the sauce.
  4. Cook over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until it reaches desired consistancy.
  5. Serve on hamburger buns or kaiser rolls.
