Chicken With Tomato Sauce (Lite) Recipe

  1. Cook chicken 3 min on a side.
  2. Spray pan with Pam.
  3. Add in tomatoes and next 6 ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook over medium heat about 10 min or possibly till chicken is done.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet and keep hot.
  6. Bring cooking liquid to a boil over medium high heat.
  7. Cook 5 min or possibly till reduced to 1 3/4 c..
  8. Throw away orange rind.
  9. Spoon sauce over chicken.
  10. Serve over fettuccine.
  11. Yield: 4 servings - about 271 calories per chicken breast half, 1/2 c. pasta, 1/4 plus 3 Tbsp.
