Enchilada Casserole

  1. Brown beef and onion.
  2. Add refried beans, mix well.
  3. In oil after heated, dip corn tortillas into, take out.
  4. Put beef mixture and a few tomatoes in each, fold.
  5. Melt margarine, add flour, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add milk slowly.
  7. Boil until thick.
  8. Add cheese and pour over enchiladas.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
